Summer is ending. Mariepet is leaving for college tomorrow. Jess and Andy are already gone. My brother leaves sometime soon, along with Adam. I’m going to miss these people so much. Drew will still be here. Thankfully.

Things are changing. I don’t mind it, at all. I’m liking the way things are starting to look. I hate summer. Things are lose and don’t really go anywhere. Finally routine will begin and the spontaneous events will seem more special.

The New Res dorms, everyone crowding into our suite at night, sleeping in kitchens, Flurt, Fruit Man (kind of), Hobo Punks, Cigarettes out the window, Elephant Bowls, 1% Milk, “Gurl”, Bwenden, talking like a wetard, weird people, crazy people, fun people, chain smoking, Beka wanting to take a cab everywhere, over sleeping, Kristi molesting me, ramen, rice (actually, no), the pot… cooking pot, Scrubs, Donnie Darko, Smack, Insomnia Cookies, and everything else throughout the past three weeks.

I’ve come to so many realizations about life and people, yet it has gotten me nowhere. It’s true that you can break any situation down to its chore and still manage to make no progress. I guess we just need to learn to be content with knowledge and understanding, rather then changing others, or fixing things. Some things are not meant to end, and understanding why it happened is was is most important.

I couldn’t explain to anyone what the above meant. It’s 3:07 a.m. and I’m ranting. That’s a dangerous thing I’d say. I can barely even type without backspacing five thousand times.

People need time. Time is a crucial aspect in any one person’s life! It takes time to do what needs to be done in life, it takes time to think, but most of all, it takes time to get to know someone. That is one of the most important things people can know. You can’t know someone after an hour, day, week, even month. You can’t measure how much you know someone. It’s not about that, it isn’t a competition. Just give people and current relationships time… things can change.

This is probably THE most pointless post yet. But ohhhhh 3 o’clock in the morning rants are needed every once in a while I’d say.

PS. There’s an extremely large bug flying around my desk and it’s bothering the living shits out of me.
